At BEC + BRIDGE, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and security tags remain intact and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
